My dearest loving brother Ellis, please try to be patient with this letter, because we know that some of this letter may be difficult for you to understand, and perhaps accept, but such is the nature of letters of this sort, that is, coming from God within us all, to all of living in the world today, a letter which initially seem to be coming at us from this child, and coming to us from an entirely different direction than we may think we are currently and correctly heading, and a letter that may initially stand in stark contrast to what we may currently believe and understand, and may seem, again at least initially, to be coming from a questionable source. And like in all great course changes in our life, uncertainly, skepticism, and initial confusion is to be expected. But please don't be put off by the newness of what is being shared with you at this time, or by its source, for if you stay with it, and hand what is being handed to us by God within us back to God within us, as this child has and continues to do, back to God within us all, which from the bottom of my heart is the true source of this letter, and its true destination, a letter in truth from God to God within us, with each of us as its witness. If we only have the clarity to realize it, and in this way, to let Him as "One with" us deal with it, to deal with "us" as "separate from" Him within us, to let Him "cure Himself" of "us", of "us" as "separate from" Him within us, and no longer let "us", let "us" as "separate from" Him within us, try to deal with it, try to deal with our ego, with our life of "selfishness", with our life of sin, with our current life of "separation and differences" in the world that we see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, for if we do, if we do join in partnership with God within us, before we die to the flesh, before we die to the "outside" of us, then the clarity and strength of faith required to move forward in this new direction, to again become "One with" God within us, will come to both of us, to move forward on the "Straight Path" of God, on the "Way of the Lord", for the Children of God for our age. This is certain. Please trust your brother Louie on this one, as he has been doing this perhaps a little longer than you have, this living in partnership with God within us, as "One with" God within us, and at least give it a try. Thank you my dearest loving brother of the "One Open Heart" of the "Gift of God" for our age, which is the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, and of God within Him, and of His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) on the "outside" of us. Finally, in truth this child is also hearing a lot of what is being shared in this letter for the first time, and in this way we both are faced with the same problem, the problem of "what we do with it", the only difference is that Louie has been experiencing this for the last 29 years and has gotten used to being "jerked around" by God within us. But what we have learned through it all is that this process is real, and really works, if our intention is correct, if we truly intend to become "One with" God within us, before we die to the flesh, to the "outside" of us, that is, if we are willing to be cured, willing to endure the cure. If we are willing for God within us to again discard from Himself all that He discard before, to become God within us, which includes everything that we currently see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, including "us" and our dearest loving brothers and sisters living as "separate from" God within us, as "separate from" each other, and as "separate from" the Creation of God within us. If we are willing to let God do all of this again, but this time within us, which He naturally will do within us, if we will let Him, if we will only trust God within us, within all of us, and stop trusting in everything else, in everything other than God within us, and in everything that we currently see as existing on the "outside" of us. And in this way, if we will only hang in there, and not be hasty or impatient or intolerant or arrogant, about this letter, and about our current life, especially arrogant about our ignorance about this letter and our current life, until its validity is proven for us, by its profound effect on our life, on the quality of our life, after we embrace it as true. And in this way, trusting that in truth what is being shared is coming from God within us, and not from "us", not from any of "us" living on the "outside" of us, as "separate from" God within us, and if we do, then we will gradually receive the benefit, which is mainly experienced as increased clarity about life and death, a strengthening and deepening of our faith and love and trust in God within us, and real peace for perhaps the first time in our life. And then we will begin to embrace this process that we are currently sharing, this process of coming together in the '"Name of God" for our age, as we are now doing in the sharing of Spiritual Letter 66, and letting God within us teach us "what we do not know". For as Jesus (peace be upon Him) on the "outside" of us, and God within Him, taught us over 2000 years ago, and now as our dear Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, and God within Him, teach us again in our age, and as His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) are teaching us right now on the "outside" of us. As They are teaching us right now from within God within all of us, for example, as They are teaching us right now through this beautiful letter of love, of wisdom, and of unity, are teaching all of us, from God within us all, if we will only let Them, if we will only accept Them as such, are teaching us again the following: "If two of you come together in My Name, I will be there." The True Testament of Our Life - is our faith and trust in God within us, is the level and intensity of our partnership with God within us, of "us" within us living as "One with" God within us, that we have been able to established with God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, not anything that we may think that we know, or have done, or have accomplished, or have accumulated on the "outside" of us, in partnership with "ourselves" or "us" on the "outside" of us, and in partnership with our dearest loving brothers and sisters on the "outside" of us. For in truth, as His Holiness Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) teaches us, "All that you see is a dream, all that you do is just a thought within that dream, all that you appear as is hidden. Life is a feast of the world and its medicine is a time after a time". Its medicine is the remembrance of God within us, establishing the 'Presence of God' within us, in everything that we 'say or do' before we 'say or do' it", and using this measure of a man's life, my dearest loving brother Ellis, in your case it looks like a good testament Like this, these are such wonderful words of faith and trust in God, that you showed us in your E-mail to Pierce, leaving our life up to Him, and to Him alone, placing ourselves in "God's hands", not relying on anyone else or on anything else. Such is the true testament of your life, my dearest loving brother Ellis, that only God can truly appreciate, but a testament that is of great value to those of us who you leave behind, because we need the help now, not you. You have come to peace in your life, and we have yet to come to that place, at least most of us, despite all of the words we may say. And Why Is Louie Just Fine? - because he has found and become "One with" the "Gift of God" for our age, before he has died to the "outside" of us, he has become "One with" the "Gift of God" for the Children of God for our age, which is each of us living in this age, if we truly want it, if we truly want to become "One with" God within us, before we physically die to the "outside" of us, and he has become "One with" the understanding of that "Oneness" which is "True Man" within God within us, like the apple tree is hidden within the mature apple seed, and the apple fruit is hidden within the mature apple tree, and the sweet taste of the apple is hidden within the mature apple, and again the apple seed is hidden their also, within the mature apple, ready to be planted again within the earth, but this time a 1000 fold. Such is the path of God within us that we all must learn to walk, before it is too late, so that the "Oneness of God and True Man" within us will never leave us again, and our life will truly become successful in our own lifetime. Amen In 1975, when this child was at the "end of our rope", so to speak, we met a true Holy Man in Philadelphia, in the "City of Brotherly Love", and have been studying with Him for the last, almost 30 years. His name is Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) and He teaches that all the religions are one, and that each of us in truth are one, and that the true nature of God is "Oneness", and that our moving back into that "Oneness" that is God within us, before we physically die, is the true "Path of God" within us, the "Straight Path" of God within us, starting with our moving back into "Oneness" with each other on the "outside" of us. 7. The One True Sin In Our Life - is "separation from" God within us, everything else is just drama on the "outside" of us, is just the drama of "us" living a life of "separation and differences", a life of "selfishness', a life of sin, with our dearest loving brothers and sisters in the world that we see in our collective ignorance as existing on the "outside' of us, but which in truth has grown within us in our ignorance, a world and a life that we current see on the "outside" of us, but which if we truly turn away from it on the "outside" of us, and truly turn back to God within us, placing our faith and trust in God within us, and only in God within us, before we physically die to the "outside" of us, then with God joined as "One with" us and now with us joined as "One with" God within us, then this "one true sin" of our life, of "separation from" God within us, can easily be remove from within us, removed from within us by the "Oneness of Us and God" within us, replacing it with the "Kingdom of God" within us, and with the life of God within us, and with the wisdom, or consciousness, or understanding of God within us. And in this way, joining in partnership with God within us to remove our "separation from" God within us allows us to spend eternity as "One with" God within us, sharing our understanding of that "Oneness of God and True Man" within us with God for eternity, wisely doing this with our life instead of continuing to life a life of sin on the "outside" of us, as most of us are currently doing, until we die to the "outside" of us, only then to truly receive our reward for such a life of "selfishness", spending an eternity as "separate from" God within us. Which is a fate and a direction that most of us are heading, if not quickly corrected by us, by "us" joining in partnership with God within us, to complete what God has started within us, a very, very long time ago, which is to reveal God to God within us, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us. May we all make this course correcting right now, right away, and start to act accordingly, placing our faith and trust only in God within us, so God can grant us His grace, and in this way, allowing us, joined as "One with" God within us, to complete this "Heart's Work" within us. Amen His Holiness Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) teaches us that the only true sin is "separation and differences", that is, "separation from" God, "separation from" each other, and "separation from" the Creation of God within us, which in truth is the same separation, and that this is the true message that all of the 124,000 Prophets of God brought into the world, over and over again, for the last 200 million years, since Adam (peace be upon) came down to this earth world or dunya, after his fall from grace, which in truth was his "separation from" God, not anything done to him by satan, or anything that he or Eve (peace be upon Them) did before being cast out of heaven. So in this way, like with each of us, Adam (peace be upon Him) did it to himself, and only Adam (peace be upon Him), and each of us, can correct this fault, not God, by joining again as "One with" God within us, before we "say or do" anything. The choice is ours, not God's, and each of us is free to make this choice or not, before we die, for after we die the choice has already been made for us, by us, and we then become subject to our choice. 8. And For Those How Have Correctly Made Their Choice - who have chosen to become "One with" God within us, before we die to the "outside" of we, then peace is their lot, which are those among us who have decided to only use "God within us to get to God" within us, and have stopped trying to use "what God has discard" to get to God within us, which is everything that we currently see on the "outside" of us, including "ourselves" and our dearest loving brothers and sisters, which we currently see in our collective ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, but in truth are all within us, as a reflection of the attachments, of the qualities, and of the incompleteness, of all of the Creation of God within us, for if we truly make this correct choice before we physically die to the world on the "outside" of us, then God within us, as now "One with" us as we are now "One with" Him, will complete this intention for us, by "Curing Himself of us", because then we no longer exist as "separate from" God within us, and then peace is our lot, both here and in the hereafter. It is just this simple And like you and this child, my dearest loving brother Ellis, who have correctly made that choice, having chosen "Oneness with" God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, we have found peace in our life, no matter what might appear to be happening to us on the "outside" of us, which in truth is just the drama of our life, the drama of living and dying in the world that we see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, but in truth is really within us. A drama that we can only win if we decide at some point in our life, as we have my dearest loving brother, not to play, have decided instead to become again "One with" God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, for then our life will become successful in our own lifetime, and our drama will end, not be pulled away from us as the lot of those who die in the state of the drama within them, a drama that if we refuse to play will end within us, which is where it really is, a drama that is based on the premise that we are "separate from" God within us, which is false. Amen. 9. A Little Bit About His Holiness - about our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and about His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) His Holiness, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) came to America on October 8th, 1971, from the little island of Ceylon, now called Sri Lanka, at the invitation of a few Children of God for our age, who heard about His life and teaching from a disciple of His Holiness who had come to America and was teaching in one of the local universities in Philadelphia. His Holiness lived with us in America, on and off, spending a couple years in America, then a couple years back in Ceylon, repeating this cycle for over 15 years, until His death in America on December 8th 1986, where He is buried in the country side, about an hours ride outside of Philadelphia. During that time, His Holiness established the "Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship", with the main branch in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, but with other branches throughout America (for example, in New York, in Boston, in California) and in other parts of the world (for example, in Canada, and in Europe). During that time His Holiness spoke and sang about God, over 10,000 times, all of which has been recorded on audio tape, and most of which was recorded on video tape, publishing many book and pamphlets also during that time, all of which are available over the internet (see www.bmf.org) or by visiting any of the branches of the Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship. His Holiness, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), which is His Holiness's full name, encouraged us to use the word "Bawa" when addressing Him, which means "Father", correctly setting the tone for re-establishing our direct relationship with God within us, which is the major focus of the life and teachings of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and now of His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), and doing it before we physically die to the "outside" of us. Amen. The name "Muhaiyaddeen" means "Giver of life back to true belief" within us, or "The bringer of the Pure Light of Truth" within us, which is God's belief in God within us. The word "Shaikh" means "Teacher", the word "Muhammad" can be broken into two words, "Ahmad" and "Muham", which mean heart, "most praise worthy heart", and face, "most beautiful face", which when joined together refers to one who has joined again as "One with" God within him, before his death, but this time with an understanding of the "Oneness" that is God within us. And in this way, the name Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) refers to One who has re-established his direct connection to God within him, and has come to the maturity of that state as the "Secret World of God" within him, as True Prayer within him, as the "prayer of the One to the One who Is", within him, and as such, as One who reflects the beauty of God in his heart into his face, for all to see. A state which in the Islamic tradition is called Iman-Islam, as the Flower and the Fragrance of the Triple Flame of God within us, and in the Christian tradition is called the "Unity of God" within us, or the unity of "John the Baptist" and Jesus (peace be upon Them) within us, as the Flower and Fragrance of the Holy Trinity within us. And is also the name give by God to the first and last Prophet of God within us, to the Prophet Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) within us, who will complete what Jesus (peace be upon Him) starts within us, if we will let Him, which is to bring the "Path or Religion of God" within us to completion within us, so now we can all walk it within us, so we can now walk the "Straight Path" of God within us back to God within us, if we like. If we are willing to let the life that we are currently leading, a life of "selfishness", a life of sin, that we are currently living in our ignorance on the "outside" of us, come to an end on the "outside" of us, and at the same time come to life within us, come to life within us as the life of "selflessness" within us, first coming to life within us as the life of Jesus (peace be upon Him) within us, when our awakened wisdom within us removes the 5 nails of "desire to live here", to live on the "outside" of us, that are keeping our soul, keeping Jesus (peace be upon Him) within us, crucified on the cross of our impure birth within us. And if we are willing to let the path that we are currently following on the "outside" of us, come to an end both within us and on the "outside" of us, and at the same time let the "Straight Path" of God open within us, that will carry us back into the "Oneness of God" within us, but this time with an understanding of that "Oneness of God" within us, so it will never leave us again. In this way, closing down the path of hell within us before it is too late, before we die to the "outside" of us, which is the path of "separation from" God within us, of "separation from" each other within us, and of "separation from" the Creation of God within us, all of which must come to an end, before we die, both within us and on the "outside" of us, all of which is only leading us to hell within us, to an eternal life of "separation from" God within us, which we will only experience after we die, becoming the "suffering of our grave" within us, becoming Qiyamah (the Standing Forth; the Day of Judgment) within us, becoming 105 million rebirths within us, with "us" ending as a worm in hell with only one level of consciousness, or feeling within us, ending as an eternal life of "separation from" God within us, if we don't become "One with" God within us before we die. Text of Spiritual Letter - for page 2 of 5 only Introduction - to Page 2 of Spiritual Letter 66 Comments sent to Mr. Ellis Thomas, as part of Page 2 of the E-mail Version of this Spiritual Letter, about the difficulties of making a great course change in his life, which is now being offered to Him, to all of us, to all of the Children of God for this age, being offered by God within us all, and how a certain amount of uncertainly, skepticism, and initial confusion is to be expected, but if he stays with it, and hands what is being handed to us by God within us back to God within us, as this child does, and let God as "One with" us deal with it, not "us" as "separate from" Him try to deal with it, then the clarity and strength of faith required to move forward in this new direction will come to both of us, to move forward on the "Straight Path" of God for the Children of God for our age. My dearest loving brother Ellis, please try to be patient with this letter, because we know that some of this letter may be difficult for you to understand, and perhaps accept, but such is the nature of letters of this sort, that is, coming from God within us all, to all of living in the world today, a letter which initially seem to be coming at us from this child, and coming to us from an entirely different direction than we may think we are currently and correctly heading, and a letter that may initially stand in stark contrast to what we may currently believe and understand, and may seem, again at least initially, to be coming from a questionable source. And like in all great course changes in our life, uncertainly, skepticism, and initial confusion is to be expected. But please don't be put off by the newness of what is being shared with you at this time, or by its source, for if you stay with it, and hand what is being handed to us by God within us back to God within us, as this child has and continues to do, back to God within us all, which from the bottom of my heart is the true source of this letter, and its true destination, a letter in truth from God to God within us, with each of us as its witness. If we only have the clarity to realize it, and in this way, to let Him as "One with" us deal with it, to deal with "us" as "separate from" Him within us, to let Him "cure Himself" of "us", of "us" as "separate from" Him within us, and no longer let "us", let "us" as "separate from" Him within us, try to deal with it, try to deal with our ego, with our life of "selfishness", with our life of sin, with our current life of "separation and differences" in the world that we see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, for if we do, if we do join in partnership with God within us, before we die to the flesh, before we die to the "outside" of us, then the clarity and strength of faith required to move forward in this new direction, to again become "One with" God within us, will come to both of us, to move forward on the "Straight Path" of God, on the "Way of the Lord", for the Children of God for our age. This is certain. Please trust your brother Louie on this one, as he has been doing this perhaps a little longer than you have, this living in partnership with God within us, as "One with" God within us, and at least give it a try. Thank you my dearest loving brother of the "One Open Heart" of the "Gift of God" for our age, which is the life and teaching of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, and of God within Him, and of His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) on the "outside" of us. Amen. Al-hamdu lillah. Allahu Akbar. May God make it so within us. All praise and praising belong to God and to God alone. Only God is Great. Amen. Finally, in truth this child is also hearing a lot of what is being shared in this letter for the first time, and in this way we both are faced with the same problem, the problem of "what we do with it", the only difference is that Louie has been experiencing this for the last 29 years and has gotten used to being "jerked around" by God within us. But what we have learned through it all is that this process is real, and really works, if our intention is correct, if we truly intend to become "One with" God within us, before we die to the flesh, to the "outside" of us, that is, if we are willing to be cured, willing to endure the cure. If we are willing for God within us to again discard from Himself all that He discard before, to become God within us, which includes everything that we currently see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, including "us" and our dearest loving brothers and sisters living as "separate from" God within us, as "separate from" each other, and as "separate from" the Creation of God within us. If we are willing to let God do all of this again, but this time within us, which He naturally will do within us, if we will let Him, if we will only trust God within us, within all of us, and stop trusting in everything else, in everything other than God within us, and in everything that we currently see as existing on the "outside" of us. And in this way, if we will only hang in there, and not be hasty or impatient or intolerant or arrogant, about this letter, and about our current life, especially arrogant about our ignorance about this letter and our current life, until its validity is proven for us, by its profound effect on our life, on the quality of our life, after we embrace it as true. And in this way, trusting that in truth what is being shared is coming from God within us, and not from "us", not from any of "us" living on the "outside" of us, as "separate from" God within us, and if we do, then we will gradually receive the benefit, which is mainly experienced as increased clarity about life and death, a strengthening and deepening of our faith and love and trust in God within us, and real peace for perhaps the first time in our life. And then we will begin to embrace this process that we are currently sharing, this process of coming together in the '"Name of God" for our age, as we are now doing in the sharing of Spiritual Letter 66, and letting God within us teach us "what we do not know". For as Jesus (peace be upon Him) on the "outside" of us, and God within Him, taught us over 2000 years ago, and now as our dear Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, and God within Him, teach us again in our age, and as His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) are teaching us right now on the "outside" of us. As They are teaching us right now from within God within all of us, for example, as They are teaching us right now through this beautiful letter of love, of wisdom, and of unity, are teaching all of us, from God within us all, if we will only let Them, if we will only accept Them as such, are teaching us again the following: "If two of you come together in My Name, I will be there." The True Testament of Our Life - is our faith and trust in God within us, is the level and intensity of our partnership with God within us, of "us" within us living as "One with" God within us, that we have been able to established with God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, not anything that we may think that we know, or have done, or have accomplished, or have accumulated on the "outside" of us, in partnership with "ourselves" or "us" on the "outside" of us, and in partnership with our dearest loving brothers and sisters on the "outside" of us. For in truth, as His Holiness Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) teaches us, "All that you see is a dream, all that you do is just a thought within that dream, all that you appear as is hidden. Life is a feast of the world and its medicine is a time after a time". Its medicine is the remembrance of God within us, establishing the 'Presence of God' within us, in everything that we 'say or do' before we 'say or do' it", and using this measure of a man's life, my dearest loving brother Ellis, in your case it looks like a good testament Like this, these are such wonderful words of faith and trust in God, that you showed us in your E-mail to Pierce, leaving our life up to Him, and to Him alone, placing ourselves in "God's hands", not relying on anyone else or on anything else. Such is the true testament of your life, my dearest loving brother Ellis, that only God can truly appreciate, but a testament that is of great value to those of us who you leave behind, because we need the help now, not you. You have come to peace in your life, and we have yet to come to that place, at least most of us, despite all of the words we may say. So, thank you, and as is said in the Islamic tradition, Al-hamdu lillah, "All praise and praising belong to God, and to God alone", and Allahu Akbar "Only God is Great", from the very bottom of our heart, for your beautiful faith and trust in God at this time in your life, my dearest loving brother Ellis, and for your sharing that faith and trust with each of us at this time in your life, in this way, turning toward our needs rather than your own, an example that Jesus (peace be upon Him) and all of the 124,000 Prophets of God showed to us while they were within us in the world. 5. Well What About Louie? - thanks be to God Louie is just fine, living at the feet of God for our age, and at the feet of His Children for our age, living at the feet of our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) within us, and of God within Him, and at the feet of His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), on the "outside" of us, that is, living at the feet of the Grandchildren, and Sons and Daughters, and Brothers and Sisters of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with each of Us), on the "outside" of us. And Why Is Louie Just Fine? - because he has found and become "One with" the "Gift of God" for our age, before he has died to the "outside" of us, he has become "One with" the "Gift of God" for the Children of God for our age, which is each of us living in this age, if we truly want it, if we truly want to become "One with" God within us, before we physically die to the "outside" of us, and he has become "One with" the understanding of that "Oneness" which is "True Man" within God within us, like the apple tree is hidden within the mature apple seed, and the apple fruit is hidden within the mature apple tree, and the sweet taste of the apple is hidden within the mature apple, and again the apple seed is hidden their also, within the mature apple, ready to be planted again within the earth, but this time a 1000 fold. Such is the path of God within us that we all must learn to walk, before it is too late, so that the "Oneness of God and True Man" within us will never leave us again, and our life will truly become successful in our own lifetime. Amen In 1975, when this child was at the "end of our rope", so to speak, we met a true Holy Man in Philadelphia, in the "City of Brotherly Love", and have been studying with Him for the last, almost 30 years. His name is Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) and He teaches that all the religions are one, and that each of us in truth are one, and that the true nature of God is "Oneness", and that our moving back into that "Oneness" that is God within us, before we physically die, is the true "Path of God" within us, the "Straight Path" of God within us, starting with our moving back into "Oneness" with each other on the "outside" of us. 7. The One True Sin In Our Life - is "separation from" God within us, everything else is just drama on the "outside" of us, is just the drama of "us" living a life of "separation and differences", a life of "selfishness', a life of sin, with our dearest loving brothers and sisters in the world that we see in our collective ignorance as existing on the "outside' of us, but which in truth has grown within us in our ignorance, a world and a life that we current see on the "outside" of us, but which if we truly turn away from it on the "outside" of us, and truly turn back to God within us, placing our faith and trust in God within us, and only in God within us, before we physically die to the "outside" of us, then with God joined as "One with" us and now with us joined as "One with" God within us, then this "one true sin" of our life, of "separation from" God within us, can easily be remove from within us, removed from within us by the "Oneness of Us and God" within us, replacing it with the "Kingdom of God" within us, and with the life of God within us, and with the wisdom, or consciousness, or understanding of God within us. And in this way, joining in partnership with God within us to remove our "separation from" God within us allows us to spend eternity as "One with" God within us, sharing our understanding of that "Oneness of God and True Man" within us with God for eternity, wisely doing this with our life instead of continuing to life a life of sin on the "outside" of us, as most of us are currently doing, until we die to the "outside" of us, only then to truly receive our reward for such a life of "selfishness", spending an eternity as "separate from" God within us. Which is a fate and a direction that most of us are heading, if not quickly corrected by us, by "us" joining in partnership with God within us, to complete what God has started within us, a very, very long time ago, which is to reveal God to God within us, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us. May we all make this course correcting right now, right away, and start to act accordingly, placing our faith and trust only in God within us, so God can grant us His grace, and in this way, allowing us, joined as "One with" God within us, to complete this "Heart's Work" within us. Amen His Holiness Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) teaches us that the only true sin is "separation and differences", that is, "separation from" God, "separation from" each other, and "separation from" the Creation of God within us, which in truth is the same separation, and that this is the true message that all of the 124,000 Prophets of God brought into the world, over and over again, for the last 200 million years, since Adam (peace be upon) came down to this earth world or dunya, after his fall from grace, which in truth was his "separation from" God, not anything done to him by satan, or anything that he or Eve (peace be upon Them) did before being cast out of heaven. So in this way, like with each of us, Adam (peace be upon Him) did it to himself, and only Adam (peace be upon Him), and each of us, can correct this fault, not God, by joining again as "One with" God within us, before we "say or do" anything. The choice is ours, not God's, and each of us is free to make this choice or not, before we die, for after we die the choice has already been made for us, by us, and we then become subject to our choice. 8. And For Those How Have Correctly Made Their Choice - who have chosen to become "One with" God within us, before we die to the "outside" of we, then peace is their lot, which are those among us who have decided to only use "God within us to get to God" within us, and have stopped trying to use "what God has discard" to get to God within us, which is everything that we currently see on the "outside" of us, including "ourselves" and our dearest loving brothers and sisters, which we currently see in our collective ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, but in truth are all within us, as a reflection of the attachments, of the qualities, and of the incompleteness, of all of the Creation of God within us, for if we truly make this correct choice before we physically die to the world on the "outside" of us, then God within us, as now "One with" us as we are now "One with" Him, will complete this intention for us, by "Curing Himself of us", because then we no longer exist as "separate from" God within us, and then peace is our lot, both here and in the hereafter. It is just this simple And like you and this child, my dearest loving brother Ellis, who have correctly made that choice, having chosen "Oneness with" God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, we have found peace in our life, no matter what might appear to be happening to us on the "outside" of us, which in truth is just the drama of our life, the drama of living and dying in the world that we see in our ignorance as existing on the "outside" of us, but in truth is really within us. A drama that we can only win if we decide at some point in our life, as we have my dearest loving brother, not to play, have decided instead to become again "One with" God within us, before we die to the "outside" of us, for then our life will become successful in our own lifetime, and our drama will end, not be pulled away from us as the lot of those who die in the state of the drama within them, a drama that if we refuse to play will end within us, which is where it really is, a drama that is based on the premise that we are "separate from" God within us, which is false. Amen. 9. A Little Bit About His Holiness - about our Father, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and about His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us) His Holiness, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him) came to America on October 8th, 1971, from the little island of Ceylon, now called Sri Lanka, at the invitation of a few Children of God for our age, who heard about His life and teaching from a disciple of His Holiness who had come to America and was teaching in one of the local universities in Philadelphia. His Holiness lived with us in America, on and off, spending a couple years in America, then a couple years back in Ceylon, repeating this cycle for over 15 years, until His death in America on December 8th 1986, where He is buried in the country side, about an hours ride outside of Philadelphia. During that time, His Holiness established the "Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship", with the main branch in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, but with other branches throughout America (for example, in New York, in Boston, in California) and in other parts of the world (for example, in Canada, and in Europe). During that time His Holiness spoke and sang about God, over 10,000 times, all of which has been recorded on audio tape, and most of which was recorded on video tape, publishing many book and pamphlets also during that time, all of which are available over the internet (see www.bmf.org) or by visiting any of the branches of the Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship. His Holiness, Shaikh Muhammad Rahim Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), which is His Holiness's full name, encouraged us to use the word "Bawa" when addressing Him, which means "Father", correctly setting the tone for re-establishing our direct relationship with God within us, which is the major focus of the life and teachings of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and now of His Children (may God be pleased with each of Us), and doing it before we physically die to the "outside" of us. Amen. The name "Muhaiyaddeen" means "Giver of life back to true belief" within us, or "The bringer of the Pure Light of Truth" within us, which is God's belief in God within us. The word "Shaikh" means "Teacher", the word "Muhammad" can be broken into two words, "Ahmad" and "Muham", which mean heart, "most praise worthy heart", and face, "most beautiful face", which when joined together refers to one who has joined again as "One with" God within him, before his death, but this time with an understanding of the "Oneness" that is God within us. And in this way, the name Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) refers to One who has re-established his direct connection to God within him, and has come to the maturity of that state as the "Secret World of God" within him, as True Prayer within him, as the "prayer of the One to the One who Is", within him, and as such, as One who reflects the beauty of God in his heart into his face, for all to see. A state which in the Islamic tradition is called Iman-Islam, as the Flower and the Fragrance of the Triple Flame of God within us, and in the Christian tradition is called the "Unity of God" within us, or the unity of "John the Baptist" and Jesus (peace be upon Them) within us, as the Flower and Fragrance of the Holy Trinity within us. And is also the name give by God to the first and last Prophet of God within us, to the Prophet Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) within us, who will complete what Jesus (peace be upon Him) starts within us, if we will let Him, which is to bring the "Path or Religion of God" within us to completion within us, so now we can all walk it within us, so we can now walk the "Straight Path" of God within us back to God within us, if we like. If we are willing to let the life that we are currently leading, a life of "selfishness", a life of sin, that we are currently living in our ignorance on the "outside" of us, come to an end on the "outside" of us, and at the same time come to life within us, come to life within us as the life of "selflessness" within us, first coming to life within us as the life of Jesus (peace be upon Him) within us, when our awakened wisdom within us removes the 5 nails of "desire to live here", to live on the "outside" of us, that are keeping our soul, keeping Jesus (peace be upon Him) within us, crucified on the cross of our impure birth within us. And if we are willing to let the path that we are currently following on the "outside" of us, come to an end both within us and on the "outside" of us, and at the same time let the "Straight Path" of God open within us, that will carry us back into the "Oneness of God" within us, but this time with an understanding of that "Oneness of God" within us, so it will never leave us again. In this way, closing down the path of hell within us before it is too late, before we die to the "outside" of us, which is the path of "separation from" God within us, of "separation from" each other within us, and of "separation from" the Creation of God within us, all of which must come to an end, before we die, both within us and on the "outside" of us, all of which is only leading us to hell within us, to an eternal life of "separation from" God within us, which we will only experience after we die, becoming the "suffering of our grave" within us, becoming Qiyamah (the Standing Forth; the Day of Judgment) within us, becoming 105 million rebirths within us, with "us" ending as a worm in hell with only one level of consciousness, or feeling within us, ending as an eternal life of "separation from" God within us, if we don't become "One with" God within us before we die. May God protect us from this fate, if that be our true intention. If our true intention is to become "One with" God within us, before we physically die to the "outside" of us. Amen. Al-hamdu lillah.
